ORDERING & PAYMENT:
Orders can be made on line using our shopping basket. Once you have completed your selection follow the user friendly steps to finalise your purchase. Payments are to be made at time of purchase using our visa/mastercard facilities or by direct deposit into our bank account. Orders will be dispatched once your payment has been confirmed. Ages and Stages does not record any credit card details you may provide. Your credit card details are processed by Suncorp Virtual POS which is an E-Commerce payment which is linked to our banks merchant account.

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS:
Should you have any specific requirements, such as an alternative delivery address for that special someone, please let us know via the Special Instruction portal and we will be only to happy to assist you.

Your personal details such as name address telephone number will never be divulged to any persons outside of Ages and Stages. DELIVERY COSTS:
Ages and Stages uses Australia Post for all deliveries. To keep things simple, we offer a flat postage rate of $9.00. Please note: Larger items are measured on a cubic weight and may incur an extra fee. If an extra fee is payable we will contact you to confirm prior to dispatch. That way you know you are paying for postage upfront. Each parcel carries a barcode allowing us to track its progress. The service includes a signature on delivery and if you are not at home Australia Post will leave a card detailing where the goods can be obtained from. However if you require your purchase in a hurry we are more than happy to arrange an Express Post delivery using actual Australia Post delivery charges. DELIVERY TIMES:
We will endeavour to deliver your gift to you as promptly as possible. Delivery times are dependant on your postal location so please allow up to 5-10 working days for delivery.

EXCHANGES & REFUNDS:
Ages and Stages hopes that you are thrilled with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied please do not hesitate to contact us by email at info@agesandstages.com.au. Ages and Stages will gladly exchange or provide a refund (less postage cost) if goods are returned in original condition within 7 days from receipt of goods. Prior to returning the item please contact us to obtain a ‘Returns Authorisation Number’. This number must accompany your return to ensure a prompt outcome.

PRODUCT AVAILABIILTY:
Ages and Stages endeavours to keep the website as up-to-date as possible. Unfortunately on some occasions this may not be as accurate as we would hope due to unforeseen circumstances. This may be due to technical challenges or manufacturers’ and distributors’ stock levels. If an item is out of stock we will notify you within 24 hours. You may then choose to exchange your gift, cancel your order or place item on ‘backorder’. We will advise estimated time of delivery should you choose to place on backorder.
